It will provide functionality for adding users (aka patrons), adding items (aka books, movies, etc), checking items in and out, and placing and pulling holds requests.
The client networks to a server which manages the backend database (currently PostgreSQL). It uses a server/client model to simplify porting the client to other platforms even though the wxWidgets UI is made to be cross platform.
Library is a C/C++ script for Miscellaneous scripts design by Steven Hudson.
It runs on following operating system: Windows / Linux / Mac OS / BSD / Solaris.
